All sales made through this website are considered final unless otherwise expressly stated.  Refunds and returns are issued solely at our discretion and only in accordance with this policy. 

 

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons all jewelry items are non returnable and non-refundable once purchased in addition customized or personalized items are not eligible for returned or refund as these items are created specifically according to the customers individual specifications and and cannot be resold or reused by another party by completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

 

This policy applies regardless of whether the item has been worn or not. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
